At Kidslab, we want to offer you the best shipping options, wherever you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers worldwide every day, so we can offer the fastest and best shipping methods.

We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium
Delivery takes place directly from our warehouse where we store our toys to ensure the most environmentally friendly delivery possible.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Processing your order consists of 2 steps:

1) Processing time (1-3 business days):

order confirmation, adjustment, quality inspection, preparing for shipment

2) Delivery time (depending on the country of destination approximately 7-10 working days):

The shipping time from our international shipping center to the delivery location. Once your order is picked up from the warehouse, it takes 7-10 business days* for it to be delivered to its destination in: - the Netherlands and Belgium.

*All delivery times exclude customs and import duty delays.

Delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday or Valentine's Day.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer the following shipping options:

1.) PostNL/Bpost standard shipping (with tracking)

Please note that in the event of a lost package, we can only offer you a replacement/refund if you have opted for insured shipping.

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, as we will immediately begin processing and packing your order upon receipt.
